We’re on a mission to collaborate with local businesses and launch a burger that represents each of our Byron sites. We’re therefore thrilled to announce Byron South Kensington are collaborating with Made in Chelsea’s David Temps and Harvey Armstrong to bring their brands ‘Temps Tastes Co’ and ‘Prime Time’ onto the South Kensington menu.

The burger focuses on ‘Temps Tastes Co’s’ viral sensation - Chicken Salt. An Australian staple that Temps has brought over to the UK, this chicken flavoured seasoning packs a punch. We are using the Chicken Salt to create the ‘Aussie Temp-tation' burger. The burger is loaded with Chicken Salt fried chicken, smashed avocado, smoked cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, Wilderbee hot honey, lettuce, pickled red onion, and garlic aioli. Alongside this epic burger, you can also enjoy Chicken Salt Tenders and Chicken Salt Fries.

You can wash down your burger and fries with our new edition, a cold Prime Time Lager or refreshing Prime Time IPA. Co-founded by Harvey Armstrong and Sam Holmes, ‘Prime Time’ is brewed in the UK, vegan, and gluten-free. Each 330ml can of Prime Time contains just 95 calories, 4g of carbs, at a sessionable 4.2% ABV.
