TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions cover “byron.co.uk”, “delivery.byron.co.uk”, “Byron Club” and any other services provided by Tristar Foods Ltd. (trading as “Byron”) and associated third parties.
ALL DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS ARE APPLIED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE
Back to the Future: The Musical Competition
There is one prize to be won consisting of: two tickets to Back to the Future: The Musical at the Adelphi Theatre. Plus one nights stay for 2 at The Cumberland, London. Dinner for two at Byron includes two drinks, two burgers and two sides. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. The prize should be redeemed by the 30th June, 2024. Monday to Thursday evening performances only. Prize excludes school holidays. All other expenses are not included. Compeition closes 30/03/24.
Bookings
Please note tables are available for a maximum of 90 minutes. Menu items are subject to availability.
Group Bookings
Booking Confirmation
For bookings made online or over the phone, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided within few seconds of making your booking. In addition to confirming your reservation details, this initial confirmation email will also include a link to our Booking Portal where you can amend your booking should you need to. If no confirmation email is received, please contact us ASAP
Children
Children of all ages are welcome at Byron! Please do include them (including babies) in your final party size. If you need a highchair or space for a pushchair, please specify this at the time of booking
Dietry Requirements
The Festive Feast menu is available on our website https://www.byron.co.uk/christmas
Please notify us of any specific allergies or food intolerances in your party, both at the time of booking and to a member of our team when you arrive.
BYRON BURGER CLUB - Terms and Conditions
Free Birthday Burger
Valid for Byron Club members only, each club member will receive a free birthday burger email with a QR code voucher on their Birthday. Valid for a 4 week period from your birthday date. Cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any offers and can only be redeemed once per customer. A minimum spend of £5 is required to redeem the voucher. Valid for one free burger and cannot be substituted for cash value or alternative menu items. This offer can be redeemed as part of a dine-in order only. Delivery and Click and Collect orders are not eligible.
Byron Club Student Discount
Available to all students who sign up for our student discount scheme. Each student will be sent a unique QR code. 25% off applies to food only. Excludes Covent Garden. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Present this along with a valid student ID when ordering.
Byron Club Free Fries
Valid once per Byron Club member when you sign up to the Byron Club, no monetary value, eat in only. Present QR code on welcome email to team to redeem.
Byron Loyalty Card
Free rewards with any full price burger ordered. Valid all day every day, at all sites, until December 2024. Click and collect included. The stamps collected have no cash value. The stamps or rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others under any circumstances. If your stamps or rewards are lost, stolen or destroyed, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Maximum one stamp per day. Byron reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, cancel or amend the loyalty card scheme at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
Partnerships
John Lewis Partners Discount
25% off food at Byron, this offer is valid for eat in and click and collect. A valid John Lewis Partnership code and John Lewis Partnership ID Card must be shown. Three guests are permitted per Partner/per Additional Card Holder to qualify for a discount. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or set menu bundle. Excludes delivery. Excludes Covent Garden and Royal Mile sites. Subject to availability. No cash value. Byron reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Vectis Card Discount
15% off for Vectis Card Holders. 15% off applies for food and drink. £15 minimum spend. Offer redeemable Monday – Friday. Not available at our Covent Garden or Central St Giles restaurants. Vectis Card must show to redeem. Discount not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Services Discount
20% off valid all day, every day, at all Byron restaurants, eat in only. A valid government ID must be shown to claim this offer. 20% discount is for food only, for orders with up to six main burgers and excludes all drinks. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, including set menus. This and all offers are subject to the manager’s discretion. Subject to availability and no cash value. Byron reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time

Sunset Special
Valid Monday - Wednesday, 5pm-10pm. Excludes Covent Garden and Royal Mile. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Valid for parties of 8 or less people, we have a set menu available for parties of 9 or more people. Management reserves the right to remove this offer at any time.
Lunch at Byron
Valid Monday - Friday, 12-4pm. Excludes Covent Garden and Royal Mile. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Valid for parties of 8 or less people, we have a set menu available for parties of 9 or more people. Management reserves the right to remove this offer at any time.
Wing Wednesday
This is a Deliveroo exclusive deal, valid only on Wednesdays. You must spend £20 or more to recieve your free wings. Management reserves the right to remove this offer.
Kids Eat Free
One free kid’s meal for every paying adult. The accompanying adult meal must include a full priced burger. Valid in Byron restaurants only, click and collect and delivery excluded. Offer can only be redeemed once per customer. Management reserves the right to remove this offer at any time. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Subject to availability.
