Liverpool’s exclusive ‘Salt and Pepper’ burgers with Maggie Fu are here!

As part of our ongoing mission to create a bespoke burger that represents each of our restaurants, the Liverpool exclusive is here! We’ve created an epic burger, exclusively for Byron Liverpool, that represents Liverpool’s vibrant food culture. We’re launching our ‘Salt and Pepper’ burgers in collaboration with Liverpool's own Asian street brand legends, Maggie Fu, as well as launching a new limited-edition beer with Black Lodge Brewery.


Choose from either soy glazed salt and pepper beef, or crispy salt and pepper chicken, alongside Maggie Fu’s iconic salt and pepper veg mix, pickled cucumbers, an Asian inspired slaw, sweet chilli sauce, and Kewpie mayo. It’s savoury, spicy, sweet, and unmistakably Maggie Fu.


Byron have proudly worked with Black Lodge since 2023, but to celebrate this collab, we’re adding Black Lodge Brewery’s limited-edition beer to the menu – Bjorn Sichuan Pepper Pale. Expect deep, earthy hops, with a zingy peppercorn finish, a perfect fit for this burger.
