Dine Safe

We have introduced new processes and staff training to ensure we operate dine-in, delivery and collection as safely as possible during this time. These protocols follow UK Government guidelines.

Enhanced Hygiene

  • Guests will be required to sanitise their hands on arrival
  • Staff will sanitise their hands between every guest interaction, or at least once every 30 minutes
  • All tables, chairs, card machines will be thoroughly wiped clean between use
  • All high-touch areas such as door handles, bar tops and tills, will be cleaned hourly
  • Toilets will be checked and cleaned every other hour
  • We will ask guests to use our digital menu (by scanning a QR code or browsing to a website on their phone). If guests cannot use the digital menu, we’ll provide a single-use paper menu that’s disposed of afterwards
  • We will be cashless for the time being. Guests will be asked to pay using contactless payment if possible
  • All condiments, salt and pepper and other tabletop items will be by request. Any condiment bottle used will be wiped clean between use

Social Distancing

  • Where possible we will be seating guests at least 1m apart
  • Guests will be asked to observe a “one in, one out” rule when going to the loo

PPE

  • All staff will be provided with face masks and nitrile gloves. As per government guidelines, it is up to individual staff members to choose whether to wear them
