Our Beef

It will come as no surprise that our beef patty is the most important ingredient in our kitchen.

Whilst we might not take ourselves too seriously, when it comes to beef, there’s no horsing around.

Since 2007 we’ve been on a mission to make the perfect patty with a commitment to prime quality meat, great flavour, and the Holy Grail of burger texture – a little bit of char on the outside, perfectly pink and juicy on the inside.

The Byron Blend

Our 6oz patty is a blend of four pure Aberdeen Angus cuts – flank, chuck, brisket and short rib. They’re packed with a fattiness that delivers unrivalled flavour and juicy goodness. They’re the best of the best, basically.

All we do is season with a pinch of salt and pepper, let it sizzle on the grill and watch the magic happen. 

Farm to Fork

We work directly with all our farmers to source the best British prime Aberdeen Angus cattle. Our butchers in North Yorkshire hand-select each cut for Byron to ensure the maximum taste and tenderness.
